Ordering

  • Do I need to register to shop?

    1. It is not necessary to register with us to shop. However, Registration with us help speed up the ordering process for you and allows us to keep you informed about your orders and refund through email.
  • How do I place an order?

    1. Browse through all our collections: New IN, Editors Pick, Shop all and all the categories. Once you have found an item, click on the 'Add to Cart' On Product Page. Review your selection by clicking 'My Cart' link at the top of the page. If you wish You can delete items from your Cart. If you wish to continue browsing, click on 'Continue Shopping' button. To complete your order, click on 'Check Out' button.

     

  • How my order will be delivered?

  • How will I know if order is placed successfully?

    1. Once your Order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email from siajewellery.com This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account -> My Orders if you have placed the order on your own online.

     

  • Do you take orders over phone?

    1. Yes. We do take orders over phone. But even in the case of offline orders The only payment mode possible is online payment only.

     

  • Do you ship internationally?

    1. Yes, we do ship internationally to over a 220 countries, through our reputed courier agents. International Shipment time would vary depending upon place of the shipment.
  • I tried placing order using my credit card but it isn't working. Can you help me place an order?

    1. Yes if your debit/credit card isn't working we can always take your order over phone. In such cases Do call us at +91 22 40477800

     

  • How do I check the status of my order?

    1. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days from the day order is processed within India. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number with which you can track the status of your order. You can check your Order status in Track Order Section on website. For international order the estimated time of delivery is different from place to place. You would receive the details on mail of delivery time.
  • Can I cancel my order?

    1. If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount.

     

  • Does SIA allow exchanges ?

    1. No, we don't allow exchanges Unless the product shipped by us is damaged or Wrong Product sent. Please read up Return & Refund policies for more details.

     

  • Does SIA ship to multiple address?

    1. We can only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.   • Can I add items to an existing order?

    1. Yes, you may add items to an existing order provided we have not yet dispatched your order. If we have already dispatched your package you will need to make a new order. You will need to inform us at info@siajewellery.com or can call up at +91 22 40477800

     

  • Can I re-order an item is sold out on the website?

    1. For products that are out of stock on website, you can drop us a mail on website@siajewellery.com. If possible we would arrange the same product for you

     

  • If I purchase online, Will my purchase points be added in my SIA GEMS Club Membership card?

    1. No, the sale models and workings of website business and retail business at Sia are different. And the benefits given to the customer at stores cannot be clubbed with online buying, so unfortunately we won’t be able to provide you the points of your purchase.
